Microcomputer-contolled for Cogeneration
Waste Heat Boiler
 |

A more stable steam supply through AI
A microcomputer has been incorporated into the waste heat recovery boiler to ensure continued overall efficiency of cogeneration. More precise control allows highly efficient and stable waste heat recovery for a safe and extended operating life. |

New Control Functions |

Steam Pressure Sensor
A more precise control stabilizes the steam pressure, compared to traditional pressure switches.
Automatic compensation for the boiler data according to steam pressure enables highly precise control.

  |

Automatic control of water concentration
AI function carries out regular automatic blowdown to remove the concentrated water,
keeping water concentration in the boiler at a set value. If water concentration in the boiler exceeds a set value,
the sensor detects it and automatic drainage is activated, water concentration in the boiler is thoroughly monitored.
Water concentration control is crucial for a high quality steam supply.

Waste gas pressure sensor
Monitoring of waste gas pressure activates by-pass operation in case of failure.

Temperature control function

Seven items corresponding to heat management for the boiler itself are shown in the panel
In order to maintain a safe and stable operation, seven items, including steam output, blow amount are shown in the panel as operation data.
A simple and easy to see and understand display has been installed. Boiler conditions can be assessed at a glance. |
